REGULATION (EEC) No 1438/75 OF THE COMMISSION of 3 June 1975 fixing the import levies on white sugar and raw sugar

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN to the information at present available to the Commis­ COMMUNITIES, sion that the levies at present in force should be altered as shown in the Annex to this Regulation, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation No 1009/ 67/EEC (1) of 18 December 1967 on the common organization of the market in sugar, as last amended Article 1 by Regulation (EEC) No 2476/74 (2), and in particular The levies referred to in Article 14(1 ) of Regulation Article 14(7) thereof ; No 1009/67/EEC are, in respect of white sugar and Whereas the import levies on white sugar and raw standard quality raw sugar, hereby fixed as shown in sugar were fixed by Regulation (EEC) No the Annex to this Regulation . 2531 /74 (3) and subsequent amending Regulations ; Article 2 Whereas it follows from applying the rules and other provisions contained in Regulation (EEC) No 2531 /74 This Regulation shall enter into force on 4 June 1975.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
