REGULATION ( EEC) No 1571 / 75 OF THE COMMISSION of 23 June 1975 supplementing Regulation (EEC) No 964/75 specifying the varieties of Lolium perenne L. to be regarded as iate', 'medium-late' and 'early'

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN the first time in the 1975/76 marketing year ; whereas COMMUNITIES , it is therefore advisable to make an addition to this effect to Annex II of Regulation ( EEC) No 964/75 ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage­ Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No ment Committee for Seeds, 2358 /71 (') of 26 October 1971 on the common organ­ ization of the market in seeds, as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 671 /75 (2), and in particular HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Article 3 ( 5) thereof ; Article 1 Whereas Commission Regulation ( EEC) No 964/ 75 (3) of 11 April 1975 specified the varieties of Lolium Annex II to Regulation (EEC) No 964/75 is replaced perenne L. to be regarded as ' late', 'medium-late' and by the Annex to the present Regulation . 'early' ; Whereas since that date various Member States have Article 2 submitted requests to include in Annex II of this Regulation new varieties which will be marketed for This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1975 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
