or a reduction of not less than 0-10 unit of account Whereas it follows from applying all these provisions per 100 kilogrammes in relation to the levy previously that the levies for white sugar and raw sugar should be fixed ; fixed as shown in the Annex to this Regulation,
Whereas, in accordance with Article 21 ( 1 ) of Regula tion (EEC) No 3330/74, the nomenclature provided for in this Regulation is incorporated in the Common HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Customs Tariff ;
Whereas, if the levy system is to operate normally, the Article 1 following should be used to calculate the levies :
— for currencies the exchange rates for which are The levies referred to in Article 15 ( 1 ) of Regulation kept at any given moment within a band of (EEC) No 3330/74 are, in respect of white sugar and 2-25 % , a conversion rate based on their actual standard quality raw sugar, hereby fixed as shown in parity ; the Annex to this Regulation . — for other currencies a conversion rate based on the arithmetic mean of the spot market rates for each Article 2 of these currencies against the Community curren cies referred to in the preceding paragraph over a specified period ; This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1975.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
