or a reduction of not less than 0-10 unit of account Whereas it follows from applying all these provisions per 100 kilogrammes in relation to the levy previously that the levies for white sugar and raw sugar should be fixed ; fixed as shown in the Annex to this Regulation,

Whereas, in accordance with Article 21 ( 1 ) of Regula­ tion (EEC) No 3330/74, the nomenclature provided for in this Regulation is incorporated in the Common HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Customs Tariff ;

Whereas, if the levy system is to operate normally, the Article 1 following should be used to calculate the levies :

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
