REGULATION (EEC) No 1734/75 OF THE COMMISSION of 7 July 1975 fixing the import levies on white sugar and raw sugar

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN sion that the levies at present in force should be COMMUNITIES, altered as shown in the Annex to this Regulation, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 3330/74 (! ) of 19 December 1974 on the common Article 1 organization of the market in sugar, and in particular Article 1 5 (7) thereof ; The levies referred to in Article 15 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 3330/74 are, in respect of white sugar and Whereas the import levies on white sugar and raw standard quality raw sugar, hereby fixed as shown in sugar were fixed by Regulation (EEC) No 1 675/75 (2), the Annex to this Regulation. as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1710/75 (3) ; Whereas it follows from applying the rules and other Article 2 provisions contained in Regulation (EEC) No 1675/75 to the information at present available to the Commis­ This Regulation shall enter into force on 8 July 1975.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
