REGULATION (EEC) No 1998/75 OF THE COMMISSION

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1 569/72 (3) of 20 July 1972 laying down special measures for colza and rape seed, as last amended by Article 1 Regulation (EEC) No 3477/73 (4), and in particular Article 3 thereof ; The Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 1664/75 is replaced by the Annex to this Regulation. Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2300/73 (5) of 23 August 1973, as last amended by Article 2 Regulation (EEC) No 632/75 (6), laid down detailed rules of application for Regulation (EEC) No This Regulation shall enter into force on 4 August 1569/72 ; whereas the components used to calculate 1975 .
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
