altering components used to calculate the differential amounts for colza and rape seed
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN (EEC) No 1 664/75 (7), as last amended by Regulation COMMUNITIES , (EEC) No 1998 /75 (8) ; whereas the difference in accor dance with Article 2 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European 1 569/72 for the Italian lira for the period 30 July to 5 Economic Community ; August 1975 departs from the representative rate valid Having regard to Council Regulation No 136/ from 11 August 1975, by at least one point from the 66/EEC (') of 22 September 1966 on the establish percentage used for the previous fixing ; whereas this fact should be taken into account when the compo ment of a common organization of the market in oils nents used to calculate the differential amounts for and fats, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1707/73 0 ; colza and rape seed are fixed,
Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 1 569/72 (3) of 20 July 1972 laying down special measures for colza and rape seed, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 3477/73 (4), and in particular Article 1 Article 3 thereof ; The Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 1664/75 is Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No replaced by the Annex to this Regulation . 2300/73 (5) of 23 August 1973, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 632/75 (6), laid down detailed Article 2 rules of application for Regulation (EEC) No 1 569/72 ; whereas the components used to calculate This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 1 August 1975 . the differential amounts were fixed by Regulation
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
