REGULATION ( EEC) No 2345 /75 OF THE COMMISSION of 12 September 1975 closing the standing invitation to tender for white sugar for UNRWA provided for in Regulation (EEC) No 2136/75

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN has been raised , the aforesaid standing invitation to COMMUNITIES , tender should be closed ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation Economic Community ; are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Sugar, Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No 1052/73 (') of 17 April 1973 on the supply of sugar to UNRWA as food aid pursuant to the Agreement HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : dated 18 December 1972 with that agency, as amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 61 1 /75 (2), and in Article 1 particular Article 1 (3) thereof ; Whereas Commission Regulation ( EEC) No The standing invitation to tender provided for in 21 36/75 (3 ) of 14 August 1975 on a standing invitation Regulation (EEC) No 2136/75 is hereby closed . to tender for the mobilization of white Community sugar as food aid for UNRWA, requires Denmark to Article 2 issue partial invitations to tender for the supply as food aid to UNRWA of this sugar ; whereas, as the This Regulation shall enter into force on 13 quantity of sugar to which the tenders applied now September 1975 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
