Parts 1 , 5 and 8 of Annex I to Regulation ( EEC) No Whereas Council Regulation (EEC) No 469/75 (5) of 2021 /75 shall be replaced by those set out in Annex I 27 February 1975 fixing the target price for milk and to this Regulation in respect of the products listed the intervention prices for butter, skimmed-milk therein .

(') However for the skimmed-milk powder for which measures are taken :

— according to Regulation ( EEC) No 602/75 (OJ No L 63, 8 . 3 . 1975), this amount is affected by the coefficient 0-25 ;

— according to Regulations concerning the supply of food aid, this amount is affected by the coefficient 0 .

(2 ) When a product is denaturalized, according to Article 2 of Regulation ( EEC) No 990/72, the basic

amount and the possible supplementary amount shall be replaced by a single amount of :

— 18-68 DM per 100 kg for Germany, — 51-8 Bfrs/ Lfrs per 100 kg for Belgium and Luxembourg, — 3-57 Fl per 100 kg for the Netherlands, — 2-941 £ per 100 kg for the United Kingdom ,

— 1-417 £ per 100 kg for Ireland .

(3 ) The basic amount for 100 kg of product under this subheading is equal to the sum of the

following elements :

(a) the amount per kg indicated multiplied by the weight of milk and cream contained in 100 kg of the product ;

(b) an additional amount for each percentage of saccharose content in 100 kg net of the product, equal to :

— 0-1090 DM for Germany, — 0-3020 Bfrs/ Lfrs for Belgium and Luxembourg, — 0-0208 Fl for the Netherlands , — 0-0172 £ for the United Kingdom , — 0-0083 £ for Ireland .

(4 ) For products under subheading 04.01 A II a) the basic amount as well as the additional amount is replaced by the single amount of 0-926 .

(5 ) The basic amount for 100 kg of product under this subheading is equal to the sum of the

following elements :

(a) the amount per 100 kg indicated ;

(b) an additional amount for each percentage of saccharose content in 100 kg net of the product, equal to :

— 0-1090 DM for Germany, — 0-3020 Bfrs/ Lfrs for Belgium and Luxembourg, — 0-0208 Fl for the Netherlands ,

— 0-0172 £ for the United Kingdom , — 0-0083 £ for Ireland

6) However, for butter for which measures are taken :

— according to Regulation (EEC) No 232/75 (OJ No L 24, 31 . 1 . 1975). this amount is affected by the coefficient 0-5 : however, for the application to United Kingdom , the coefficient is 0-8 ,

— according to Regulation ( EEC) No 349/ 73 (OJ No L 40 , 13 . 2 . 1973) this amount is affected

by the coefficient 0-4,

— according to Regulations ( EEC) No 1282/72 (OJ No L 142, 22. 6 . 1972), ( EEC) No 1717/72 (OJ No L 181 , 9 . 8 . 1972), this amount is affected by the coefficient 0 ,

— according to Regulations concerning the supply of food aid , this amount is affected by the coefficient 0 .

( 7) For importations from New Zealand in accordance with the provisions of Protocol No 18 this

compensatory amount is fixed at 5116 and the special levy is not affected by the coefficient .

8) For importations from New Zealand in accordance with the provisions of Protocol No 18 this compensatory amount is fixed at 4-418 and the special levy is not affected by the coefficient.

9) In trade with third countries this amount is affected by the coefficient 1.6992.

For the calculation of the fat content, only milk fat is taken into consideration .
