REGULATION (EEC) No 2698/75 OF THE COMMISSION of 23 October 1975 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1860/75 on the granting of private storage aid for beef

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Beef and Veal, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 805/68 (') of 27 June 1968 on the common organiza­ tion of the market in beef and veal, as last amended Article 1 by Regulation (EEC) No 1 855/74 (2), and in particular There is added to Article 1 of Regulation (EEC) No Articles 6 (5) (b) and 8 (2) thereof ; 1860/75 a paragraph 3 as follows : Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No '(3) Applications must reach the appropriate inter­ 1860/75 (3) of 18 July 1975 on the granting of private vention agency by 13.00 hours on 31 October storage aid for beef provides for the granting of private 1975 .' storage aid for forequarters ;
