REGULATION (EEC) No 2934/75 OF THE COMMISSION of 7 November 1975 altering the export refunds on products processed from cereals and rice
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN the Commission that the export refunds at present in COMMUNITIES, force should be altered as shown in the Annex to this Regulation ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No ment Committee for Cereals, 2727/75 (^ of 29 October 1975 on the common organization of the market in cereals, and in particular HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : the fourth subparagraph of Article 1 6 (2) thereof ;
Having regard to Council Regulation No 359/ Article 1 67/EEC (2) of 25 July 1967 on 'the common organiza The export refunds on the products listed in Article 1 tion of the market in rice, as last amended by Regula (d) of Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 and in Article 1 tion (EEC) Ne^ >668/75 (3), and in particular the second ( 1 ) (c) of Regulation No 359/67/EEC and subject to sentence of the fourth subparagraph of Article 17(2) Regulation (EEC) No 2744/75 (5), as fixed in the thereof ; Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 2836/75 are hereby Whereas the export refunds on products processed altered to the amounts shown in the Annex to this from cereals and rice were fixed by Regulation (EEC) Regulation. No 2836/75 (4) ; Article 2 Whereas it follows from applying the rules, criteria and other provisions contained in Regulation (EEC) This Regulation shall enter into force on 10 No 2836/75 to the information at present available to November 1975.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .

(•) 'Hulled grains' are grains corresponding to the definition given in the Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 821/68 (OJ No L 149, 29. 6. 1961, p. 46). (•) 'Pearled grains' are grains corresponding to the definition given in the Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 821/68 (OJ No L 149, 29. 6. 1968, p. 46). (4) Pursuant to Regulation (EEC) No 2730/75 the product falling within subheading 17.02 B I enjoys the same export refund as the product falling within subheading 17.02 B II .
