REGULATION ( EEC) No 3084/75 OF THE COMMISSION of 27 November 1975 amending Regulation (EEC) No 2585/75 on the adjustment of the refunds fixed in advance before 1 November 1975 for skimmed-milk powder exported under long-term contracts
