REGULATION ( EEC) No 3115 / 75 OF THE COMMISSION of 28 November 1975 amending for the sixth time Regulation ( EEC) No 1090/75 on the issue by way of protective measures of import licences for certain beef and veal products (EXIM)

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN compared with imports of other products from other COMMUNITIES , countries, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No Article 1 805/ 68 (') of 27 June 1968 on the common organiza­ tion of the market in beef and veal , as last amended Article 4a (2) of Regulation (EEC) No 1090/75 is by Regulation (EEC) No 1855/74 (2), and in particular amended to read as follows : Article 21 ( 2) thereof ; ' 2 .
