REGULATION ( EEC) No 3221 / 75 OF THE COUNCIL of 9 December 1975 amending for the second time Regulation (EEC) No 1876/74 concerning the addi­ tion of alcohol to products in the wine sector

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN indicates that the provisional period due to expire on COMMUNITIES, 31 December 1975 should be extended until 31 December 1976 ; whereas, therefore, Regulation (EEC) Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European No 1876/74 should be thus amended, Economic Community ;

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 816/70 (') of 28 April 1970 laying down additional provisions for the common organization of the market Article 1 in wine, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No In Article 4 of Regulation (EEC) No 1876/74, the date 1 932/75 (2), and in particular Article 25 (2) thereof ; '31 December 1975' shall be replaced by '31 Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ; December 1976'. Whereas the experience acquired in respect of the Article 2 products referred to in Article 4 of Council Regula­ tion (EEC) No 1 876/74 (3) of 15 July 1974 concerning This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day the addition of alcohol to products in the wine sector, following its publication in the Official Journal of as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 680/75 (4), the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
