REGULATION ( EEC) No 3267/ 75 OF THE COMMISSION of 15 December 1975 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1405/75 suspending the monthly fixing of export refunds on molasses and syrups

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN be necessary to start fixing refunds again on syrups ; COMMUNITIES, whereas the suspension of this fixing should be repealed ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage­ Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No ment Committee for Sugar, 3330/74 (^ of 19 December 1974 on the common organization of the market in sugar, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 3058/75 (2) ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 766/68 (3) of 18 June 1968 laying down general rules Article 1 for granting export refunds on sugar, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 102/75 (4), and in particular Article 1 of Regulation (EEC) No 1405/75 shall be Article 7 thereof ; replaced by the following text : 'Article 1 Whereas, in accordance with Article 7 of Regulation The monthly fixing of the export refund in (EEC) No 766/68 , the monthly fixing of the basic respect of the products listed in Article 1 ( l)(c) of amount of export refunds on the products referred to Regulation (EEC) No 3330/74 is hereby in Article 1(1 ) (d) of Regulation (EEC) No 3330/74 suspended.' may be suspended under certain conditions ; whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1405/75 (5) of 30 Article 2 May 1975 has provided for such a suspension ; Whereas, having regard to the current situation on the This Regulation shall enter into force on 16 world sugar market and to its foreseeable trend, it may December 1975 .
