COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 16/76 of 7 January 1976 fixing the import levies on olive oil

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the levies on olive oil were fixed by Commis COMMUNITIES, sion Regulation (EEC) No 3046/75 (7), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 3394/75 (•) ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Whereas it follows from applying the rules and other provisions contained in Regulation (EEC) No 3046/75 Having regard to Council Regulation No 136/ to the offer prices known to the Commission that 66/EEC of 22 September 1966 on the establishment levies at present in force should be altered as shown of a common organization of the market in oils and in the table annexed to this Regulation, fats (*), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 707/73 (2), and in particular Article 13 (4) thereof,

Having regard to Council Regulation No 162/ HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 66/EfiC of 27 October 1966 on trade in oils and fats between the Community and Greece (3), and in parti Article 1 cular Articles 3 (4) and 9 thereof, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No The import levies referred po in Article 13 of Regula 443/72 of 29 February 1972 on the levies on refined tion No 136/66/EEC, Article 3 of Regulation No 162/ olive oil and on certain products containing olive 66/EEC, Article 9 of Regulation (EEC) No 443/72, oil (4), and in particular Article 9 thereof, Article 5 of Regulation (EEC) No 1912/74 and Article 5 of Regulation (EEC) No 303/74 are hereby fixed as Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No shown in the table annexed to this Regulation. 1912/74 of 22 July 1974 on imports of olive oil from Tunisia (5), and in particular Article 5 thereof, Article 2 Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 303/74 of 4 February 1974 on imports of olive oil This Regulation shall enter into force on 8 January 1976 . from Morocco (6), and in particular Article 5 thereof,

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
