(') where durum wheat originating in Morocco ii transported directly from that country to the Community, the levy is reduced by 0-50 uj./metric ton . (2) Where maize originated in the ACP or OCT ii imported into the French overseas depart­ ment*, the levy is reduced by 6 u.a./metric ton ii provided (or in Regulation (BBC) No 1599/75. (') Where maize originating in the ACP or OCT ii imported into the Community the levy ii reduced by 1-50 uj./metric ton. (4) Where millet and sorghum originating in the ACP or OCT ii imported into the Community the levy is reduced by 50 % . (') Where wheat and canary teed produced in Turkey are transported directly from that country to the Community, the levy is reduced by 0-50 uj./metric ton. (*) The import levy charged on rye produced in Turkey and transported directly from that country to the Community is laid down in Council Regulation ( EEC) No 2754/75 and Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2622/71 .
