COUNCIL REGULATION (EEC) No 113 /76 of 19 January 1976 on imports into the Community of fishery products originating in Turkey

Having regard to the opinion of the European 03.03 Crustaceans and molluscs, whether in Parliament ( 1 ), shell or not, fresh (live or dead), chilled , frozen, salted, in brine or dried ; crust­ aceans in shell, simply boiled in water : Whereas, by its Decision 1 /71 , the EEC-Turkey A. Crustaceans : Association Council, acting pursuant to Article 6 of I. Crawfish Protocol 1 annexed to the Ankara Agreement, laid II . Lobsters (Homarus sp.p .) down the arrangements to be applied to the importation into the Community of certain fishery III. Crabs and freshwater crayfish products originating in Turkey; IV. Shrimps and prawns

( l ) This subheading includes the species euthynnus pelamis ( Skipjack ) Whereas the implementation of that Decision and thunnus thynnus (Bluefin tunny). requires the adaptation of the relevant Community rules ;

Whereas the consolidation cvf Council Regulation Article 2 ( EEC ) No 1315/71 of 21 June 1971 on imports into the Community of fishery products originating in Turkey (2) in no way affects the validity of the 1 . Council Regulation (EEC) No 1315/71 of 21 arrangements laid down for fishery products under June 1971 on imports into the Community of fishery Regulations ( EEC ) No 2755/75 (3) and (EEC) No products originating in Turkey is hereby repealed. 3143 / 75 ( 4 ),

2. References to the Regulation repealed by paragraph 1 shall be construed as references to this HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Regulation .

References to Articles of that Regulation are to be Article 1 read in accordance with the correlation given in the Annex . The products listed hereunder, originating in Turkey, shall be imported into the Community exempt from customs duty. Article 3 (*) OJ No C 7, 12. 1 . 1976, p . 70. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
