COUNCIL REGULATION (EEC) No 114/76 of 19 January 1976

fixing the guide prices for the fishery products listed in Annex II to Regulation (EEC) No 100/76 for the 1976 fishing year

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Article 1 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, The guide prices applicable until 31 December 1976 for products listed in Annex II to Regulation (EEC) No 100/76 and the products to which they relate are Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC ) No 100/ hereby fixed in the Annex hereto. 76 of 19 January 1976 on the common organization of the market in fishery products (*), and in particular Article 14 (5 ) thereof, Article 2

1 . Council Regulation (EEC) No 3304/75 of 16 Having regard to the proposal from the Commission, December 1975 fixing the guide prices for the fishery products listed in Annex II to Regulation (EEC) No 2142/70 for the 1976 fishing year (2) is hereby Whereas Article 14 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 100/ repealed . 76 provides that a guide price shall be fixed annually for each of the products or groups of products listed 2. References to the Regulation repealed by virtue in Annex II to that Regulation ; of paragraph 1 shall be construed as references to this Regulation .

Whereas the data available at present concerning the prices lead, in relation to the products concerned, Article 3 with the exception of sea-bream, to an increase in the guide prices in relation to those valid during the This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 February preceding fishing year, 1976 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
