amending Regulation (EEC) No 540/75 laying down additional measures to be taken in agriculture following the fixing, with effect from 3 March 1975 , of new representative rates for the currencies of certain Member States

Article2¶

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.

It shall apply with effect from 3 March 1975.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
