COMMISSION REGULATION EEC) No 140/76 of 22 January 1976 fixing the export refunds on rice and broken rice

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Whereas Regulation No 669/67/ EEC (5), as amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1057/68 (6), lays down the maximum percentage of broken rice allowed in rice for which an export refund is fixed and specifies the Article 1 percentage by which that refund is to be reduced where the proportion of broken rice in the rice exported exceeds that maximum ; The refunds on the products listed in Article 1 of Regulation No 359/67/ EEC with the exception of Whereas Article 3 of Regulation No 366/67/EEC those listed in paragraph 1 (c) of that Article, exported defines the specific criteria to be taken into account in the natural state, are hereby fixed as shown tn the when the export refund on rice and broken rice is Annex to this Regulation . < being calculated ;
