COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 477/76 of 26 February 1976 fixing minimum prices for exports to third countries of certain flowering corms, bulbs and tubers for the 1976/77 marketing year
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN May 1977 should be varied according to the country COMMUNITIES, of destination, the marketing conditions and the size ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation Economic Community, are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage ment Committee for Live Plants, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 234/68 of 27 February 1968 on the establishment of a common organization of the market in live trees and HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : other plants, bulbs, roots and the like, cut flowers and ornamental foliage ('), and in particular Article 7 ( 1 ) thereof, Article 1
Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1767/68 The minimum prices applicable for the export year 1 of 6 November 1968 on the system of minimum June 1976 to 31 May 1977 are hereby fixed, for each prices for exports to third countries of flowering product, at the levels shown in the Annex. corms, bulbs and tubers (2), as last amended by Regula tion (EEC) No 468 /74 (3) lays down that minimum Article 2 export prices for the species in question shall be fixed each year and shall apply to products harvested in the This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day year following that in which they were fixed ; whereas following its publication in the Official Journal of these prices for the export year 1 June 1976 to 31 the European Communities.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
