COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 517/76 of 8 March 1976 on an invitation to tender for the supply of butteroil as food aid to the Republic of Bangladesh

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES,

Article 4 2. The time limit for the submission of tenders shall be 23 March 1976 at 12 noon . 1 . By way of derogation from Article 4 (2) of Regu­ lation (EEC) No 2247/75, the successful tenderer shall make precise in his tender submitted to the interven­ tion agency for how many and for which lots his Article 5 tender is valid .
