COUNCIL REGULATION (EEC) No 565 /76 of 15 March 1976 amending Regulation (EEC) No 986/68 laying down general rules for granting aid for skimmed milk and skimmed-milk powder for use as feedingstuffs

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, powder may be fixed ; whereas, in view of the criteria set out in the first paragraph of that Article, the limits of this margin should be increased, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community,

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 804/ 68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in milk and milk products (*), as last Article 1 amended by Regulation (EEC) No 559/76 (2), and The text of the first subparagraph of Article 2a (3 ) of in particular Article 10 (2) thereof, Regulation (EEC) No 986/68 is replaced by the following : Having regard to the proposal from the Commission, 'Aid for skimmed-milk powder shall be minimum Whereas Article 2a (3 ) of Council Regulation (EEC) 33 and maximum 43 units of account per 100 kg.' No 986/68 of 15 July 1968 laying down general rules for granting aid for skimmed milk and skimmed-milk Article 2 powder for use as feedingstuffs (3), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 472/75 (4), lays down a This Regulation shall enter into force on margin within which the aid for skimmed-milk 15 March 1976.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
