fixing the monetary compensatory amounts and certain rates for their application

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas for Denmark and France under this method COMMUNITIES, of calculation no monetary compensatory arhount is required;

Article 2 exchange rates for the Italian lira (*), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 414/76 (2), shall be deleted. The coefficients provided for in Article 4 (3 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 1380/75 shall be as shown in Annex II hereto . Article 4

(7 ) For importations from New Zealand in accordance with the provisions of Protocol No 18 this compensatory amount is fixed at 4-761 and the special levy is not affected by the coefficient.
