Article2¶

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : The components used to calculate the differential amounts provided for in Article 1 of Regulation (EEC) No 1569/72 shall be as specified in the Annex Article 1 hereto .

For seeds exported or placed under control from Article 3 1 July 1976, the factors used for calculating the differential amounts shall, until the end of the 1976/77 marketing year, be determined in accordance This Regulation shall enter into force on 25 March with the rules now applied for fixing the said 1976 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
