COUNCIL REGULATION ( EEC) No 667/76 of 25 March 1976 extending the total suspension of the autonomous Common Customs Tariff duties for new potatoes falling within subheading 07.01 A II a) and potatoes falling within subheading 07.01 A III b)

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES, Article 1 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, and in particular Article 28 In Article 1 of Regulation (EEC) No 288/76, the date thereof, 28 March 1976 shall be replaced by the date 15 April 1976 with respect to new potatoes falling within Having regard to the draft Regulation submitted by the Commission, subheading 07.01 A II a).

Whereas Regulations (EEC) No 288/76 (*) and (EEC) Article 2 No 1 28/76 (2) have suspended until 28 March 1976 inter alia the autonomous Common Customs Tariff In Article 1 of Regulation (EEC) No 128/76 the date duties applicable to new potatoes falling within 28 March 1976 shall be replaced by the date 30 April subheading 07.01 A II a) and to potatoes falling 1976 . within subheading 07.01 A III b) ; Article 3 Whereas there is still a shortage of these products in the Community ; whereas accordingly the suspension This Regulation shall enter into force on 29 March 1976 . should be extended for a limited period,

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
