COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 701 /76 of 29 March 1976 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1992/75 fixing for the 1975/76 marketing year in respect of trade within the Community the components designed to protect the rice and cereals processing industries

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Denmark to suspend the component for protection of COMMUNITIES, the processing industry for products falling within subheading 23.07 B I c) 1 of the Common Customs Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Tariff ; whereas Regulation (EEC) No 1992/75 should Economic Community, be amended accordingly, . Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 700/76 of This Regulation shall enter into force on the same day 29 March 1976 (2) authorized the Kingdom of as Regulation (EEC) No 700/76.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
