COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 745/76 of 31 March 1976 amending Regulation (EEC) No 756/70 on granting aid for skimmed milk processed into casein and caseinates

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN skimmed-milk powder in the Community and for COMMUNITIES , caseins in international trade ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation Economic Community, are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Milk and Milk Products, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 804/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in milk and milk products (! ), as last HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : amended by Regulation (EEC) No 559/76 (2), and in particular Article 11 (3), thereof, Article 1 Whereas Article 2 ( 1 ) of Commission Regulation In Article 2 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 756/70, the (EEC) No 756/70 of 24 April 1970 on granting aid for words '4-80 units of account' shall read ' 5-30 units of skimmed milk processed into casein and casei­ account'. nates (3) ; as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2853/75 (4), fixes the amount of aid per 100 kg of Article 2 skimmed milk processed into casein or caseinates at 4-80 units of account ; whereas the amount of the aid This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 April should be adjusted to the development of prices for 1976 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
