COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 748 /76 of 31 March 1976 fixing the amount of the aid for skimmed-milk powder for use as feed

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas, until the new amount of the aid for COMMUNITIES , skimmed milk has been fixed, the amount fixed in Commission Regulation (EEC) No 534/75 of 28 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European February 1 975 (5) shall apply ; Economic Community, Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage 804/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization ment Committee for Milk and Milk Products, of the market in milk and milk products (J), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 559/76 (2), and in particular Article 10(3) thereof, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Whereas Article 2a ( 1 ) of Council Regulation (EEC) No 986/68 of 15 July 1968 laying down general rules for granting aid for skimmed milk and skimmed-milk Article 1 powder for use as feed (3), as last amended by Regula tion ( EEC) No 565/76 (4), defines the criteria The amount of the aid referred to in Article 10 of governing the fixing of these aids ; whereas paragraph Regulation (EEC) No 804/68 shall be 38 u.a./ 100 kg 3 of the abovementioned Article specifies a margin for skimmed-milk powder. which must be adhered to when the level of aid is fixed for skimmed-milk powder ; Article 2 Whereas, applying these rules to the present market situation , it follows that the aid for skimmed-milk This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 April powder should be fixed at the level set out below ; 1976 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entifety and directly applicable in all Member States .
