REGULATION (EEC) No 534/75 OF THE COMMISSION

of 28 February 1975 fixing the amount of the aids for skimmed milk and skimmed-milk powder for use as feed

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the Management Committee for Milk and COMMUNITIES, Milk Products has not delivered an opinion within the time limit set by its Chairman, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Euro­ pean Economic Community ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 804/68 (x ) of 27 June 1968 on the common organiz­ ation of the market in milk and milk products, as Article 1 last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 465/75 (2), and in particular Article 10 (3 ) thereof; The amount of the aids referred to in Article 10 of Regulation (EEC) No 804/68 shall be as follows : Whereas Article 2a ( 1 ) of Council Regulation (EEC) No 986/68 (3) of 15 July 1968 laying down general — 3-39 units of account per 100 kg for skimmed rules for granting aid for skimmed milk and skim­ milk ; med-milk powder for use as feed, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 472/75 (4 ), defines the — 36-50 units of account per 100 kg for skimmed­ criteria governing the fixing of these aids ; whereas milk powder. paragraph 3 of the abovementioned Article specifies a margin which must be adhered to when the level of aid is fixed for the 1975/76 milk year; Article 2 Whereas, applying these rules to the present market situation, it follows that the aids should be fixed at This Regulation shall enter into force on 3 March the levels set out below; 1975 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
