amending the monetary compensatory amounts with respect to certain products falling within the cereals and the milk and milk products sectors

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the opinions of the Manage­ ment Committees for Cereals and for Milk and Milk Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Products, Economic Community,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 974/71 of 12 May 1971 on certain measures of conjunctural policy to be taken in agriculture Article 1 following the temporary widening of the margins of fluctuation for the currencies of certain Member 1 . In Part 5 of Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No March 1976 (3), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) 572/76, the amounts specified under the subheadings No 688/76 (4) ; of Common Customs Tariff heading No 23.07 and the footnotes (2) and (9) are amended as shown in Whereas by Commission Regulation (EEC) No Annex 2 hereto . 748/76 of 31 March fixing the amount of the aid for skimmed milk and skimmed-milk powder for use as Article 2 feed (5), further aid was fixed for skimmed-milk powder with effect from 1 April 1976 ; whereas This Regulation shall enter into force on 10 April account should be taken of such aid when fixing 1976. It shall be applicable on request with effect monetary compensatory amounts ; from 1 April 1976.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .

2) In intra-Community trade and where the product is denatured pursuant to Article 2 of Regulation (EEC) No 990/72, the basic amount and any supplementary amount shall be replaced by a single amount of :
