COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1074/ 76 of 7 May 1976 fixing the import levies on white sugar and raw sugar

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN to the information at present available to the Commis COMMUNITIES , sion that the levies at present in force should be altered as shown in the Annex to this Regulation , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 3330 /74 of 19 December 1974 on the common organ ization of the market in sugar ('), as last amended by Article 1 Regulation (EEC) No 3058 /75 (2), and in particular The levies referred to in Article 15 ( 1 ) of Regulation Article 15 (7) thereof, (EEC) No 3330/74 are, in respect of white sugar and Whereas the import levies on white sugar and raw standard quality raw sugar, hereby fixed as shown in sugar were fixed by Regulation ( EEC) No 1 675/75 (3), the Annex to this Regulation . as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 1 060 /76 (4) ; Article 2 Whereas it follows from applying the rules and other provisions contained in Regulation (EEC) No 1675/75 This Regulation shall enter into force on 8 May 1976.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
