COUNCIL REGULATION (EEC) No 1115/76 of 14 May 1976 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1021/76 extending the total suspension of the autonomous Common Customs Tariff duties for new potatoes falling within subheading 07.01 A II a)

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN May 1976 with respect to new potatoes falling within COMMUNITIES, subheading 07.01 A II a). Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, and in particular Article 28 2. Article2¶

Article 1 This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its 1 . In Article 1 of Regulation (EEC) No 1021 /76, publication in the Official Journal of the European the date 20 May 1976 shall be replaced by the date 15 Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
