COUNCIL REGULATION (EEC) No 1021 /76 of 30 April 1976 extending the total suspension of the autonomous Common Customs Tariff duties for new potatoes falling within subheading 07.01 A II a)

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES, Article 1 In Article 1 of Council Regulation (EEC) No 288/76 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European of 9 February 1976 temporarily and totally suspending Economic Commmunity, and in particular Article 28 the Common Customs Tariff duties for seed potatoes thereof, falling within subheading 07.01 A I and new potatoes falling within subheading 07.01 A II a)(2), as amended by Regulation (EEC) No 815/76, the date 25 April Whereas Regulation (EEC) No 81 5/76 (') has 1976 shall be replaced by the date 20 May 1976 with suspended until 25 April 1976 the autonomous respect to new potatoes falling within subheading Common Customs Tariff duties applicable to new 07.01 A II a). potatoes falling within subheading 07.01 A II a) ; Article 2 Whereas there is still a shortage of this product in the This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its Community ; whereas accordingly the suspension publication in the Official Journal of the European should be extended for a limited period, Communities.
