COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1259/76 of 26 May 1976 amending the Annexes to Regulations (EEC) No 136/76, (EEC) No 336/76 and (EEC) No 638/76 fixing, pursuant to the invitation to tender opened by Regulations (EEC) No 3354/75, (EEC) No 135/76 and (EEC) No 357/76, the minimum selling price for skimmed-milk powder

Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 136/76 of 22 January 1976 (5 ), as last amended by In the Annexes to Regulations (EEC) No 136/76, Regulation ( EEC) No 1195 /76 ( 6), fixed the minimum (EEC) No 336/76 and (EEC) No 638 /76, the selling price for skimmed-milk powder pursuant to column headed 'Italy' is replaced by that set out in the the invitation to tender opened by Regulation (EEC) Annex to this Regulation . No 3354/75 ; whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 336/76 of 17 February 1976 ( 7 ), as last amended Article 2 by Regulation ( EEC ) No 1195 /76, fixed the minimum selling price for skimmed-milk powder pursuant to the invitation to tender opened by Regulation (EEC) This Regulation shall enter into force on 31 May No 135 /76 ; whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) 1976 .
