COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1409/76 of 18 June 1976 amending Regulation (EEC) No 753/76 as regards the rules for the denaturation of skimmed-milk powder

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES, Article 1 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Chapter 2 of Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 753/76 is hereby amended as follows : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 563/76 of 15 March 1976 on the compulsory purchase 1 . — 60 % ground cereals and/or oil-seed cake, and — 3 % crude fibre including that contained in the product previously mentioned, and — 750 ppm iron , of which that added to obtain this level is as heptahydrate ferrous sulphate, and — 45 ppm copper, of which that added to obtain this level is as pentahydrate copper sulphate .
