COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1574/76 of 30 June 1976 deferring the final date for the granting of export refunds for raw tobacco from the 1972 , 1973 and 1974 crops

Whereas the final date for the granting of such Article 2 refunds was set at 30 June 1976 by Regulation (EEC) No 3249/74 (7), as amended by Regulation (EEC) No This Regulation shall apply with effect from 1 July 3296/75 («), and by Regulation (EEC) No 270/75 ; 1976 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
