fixing for the 1976/77 marketing year the amounts of the reimbursement and levy in connection with the offsetting of storage costs for sugar

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 2. For the 1976/77 marketing year, the amount of the levy referred to in Article 8 of Regulation (EEC) Article 1 No 3330/74 is hereby fixed at 1 -76 units of account per 100 kg of white sugar. 1 . For the 1976/77 marketing year, the amount of the reimbursement referred to in Article 8 of Regula Article 2 tion (EEC) No 3330/74 is hereby fixed at 0-27 unit of account per 100 kg of white sugar per month. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1976.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
