Article2¶

Article 3 This Regulation shall enter into force on 17 July 1976. Where any party concerned so requests, it shall be applied with effect from 1 July 1976. In this case, the coefficients specified in Article 1 shall be replaced in accordance with the following table :

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
