COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1800/76 of 26 July 1976 fixing definitively the amount of the subsidy for colza and rape seed, determined provisionally since 1 February 1976

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas, in Regulation (EEC) No 812/76 of 6 April COMMUNITIES, 1976 ( ,4) and (EEC) No 833/76 of 6 April 1976 (15), the Council fixed, for the 1976/77 marketing year, the Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European target prices and the monthly increases in the target Economic Community, price and in the intervention price for oil seeds ; Having regard to Council Regulation No 136/66/EEC whereas, following the fixing of those amounts, the of 22 September 1966 on the establishment of a amounts of the subsidy which were fixed provisionally should be amended, common organization of the market in oils and fats ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 707/73 (2), and in particular Article 27 (4) thereof, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Whereas in Regulations (EEC) No 211 /76 of 30 Article 1 January 1976 (3), (EEC) No 296/76 of 11 February 1976 (4), (EEC) No 350/76 of 18 February 1976 (5), The amounts of the subsidy for colza and rape seed in (EEC) No 383/76 of 20 February 1976 (6), (EEC) No the event of advance fixing as set out in the Annexes 447/76 of 27 February 1 976 (7), (EEC) No 507/76 of 5 to Regulations (EEC) No 211 /76, (EEC) No 296/76, March 1976 (8), (EEC) No 554/76 of 12 March (EEC) No 350/76, (EEC) No 383/76, (EEC) No 1976 (9), (EEC) No 628/76 of 19 March 1976 (">), 447/76, (EEC) No 507/76, (EEC) No 554/76, (EEC) (EEC) No 738/76 of 31 March 1976(H ), (EEC) No No 628 /76, (EEC) No 738 /76, (EEC) No 807/76 and 807/76 of 7 April 1976 ( 12), and (EEC) No 853/76 of 9 (EEC) No 853/76 are, with effect from the date of April 1976 ( 13), the Commission fixed provisionally entry into force of each of those Regulations, fixed the amount of the subsidy for colza and rape seed in definitively at the amounts set out in the table the event of advance fixing ; whereas it was necessary contained in the Annex to this Regulation . to do so owing to the lack of a Regulation fixing the target prices and of a Regulation fixing the monthly Article 2 increases in the target price and in the intervention price for oil seeds, applicable for the 1976/77 This Regulation shall enter into force on 27 July marketing year ; 1976 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
