Tobacco Whereas, for the 1975/76 marketing year, the amount of the aid for flax was fixed at a lower level for the United Kingdom than for the other Member States ; Whereas the norm and intervention prices for leaf tobacco must be fixed in accordance with the criteria whereas, for the 1976/77 marketing year, pursuant to Article 95 of the Act of Accession, the amount of laid down in Article 2 (2) of Regulation (EEC) No aid applicable in the United Kingdom should be 727/70 in order to constitute an incentive particularly for conversion to the cultivation of those varieties brought closer to the common level ; which are most competitive and most in demand ;

Flax and hemp HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Whereas Article 4 of Regulation ( EEC) No 1308 /70 provides that aid is to be fixed annually for flax and hemp produced within the Community, and Article 1 paragraph 2 of that Article lays down the criteria for the fixing of the amount of such aid ; In the agricultural sector, for the 1976/77 marketing year, certain prices and other amounts, together with certain of the conditions for the application thereof, where appropriate the period during which certain (!) AnnexVI : Tobacco , However, the amounts set out in Annexes V and VII Annex VII : Flax and hemp , shall be applicable from 1 April 1976.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.

4-21 units of account per 100 kg net for Clementines ;

5-10 units of account per 100 kg net for lemons .

NB : Financial compensation is only granted in respect of products belonging to Quality Classes Extra and I.
