However where these products contain skimmed-milk powder and either : ( a) fish meal for fish oil and/or liver oil , ( b) active carbon and/or a mixture of Tartazine Yellow (E 102) and Patent Blue (E 131 ) or Cochineal Red A (E 124) or Patent Blue V (E 131), ( c) iron carbonate and/or iron sulphate and/or copper sulphate, the compensatory amount to be applied in intra-Community trade and in trade with third countries shall be respectively : — on subheading 23.07 B I a) 2 that for subheading 23.07 B I a) 1 , — on subheading 23.07 B I b) 2 that for subheading 23.07 Bib) 1 , — on subheading 23.07 B I c) 2 that for subheading 23.07 B I c) 1 .
