COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1936/76 of 4 August 1976 correcting Annex II to Regulation (EEC) No 1789/76 concerning intervention purchases of beef and veal

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN 1789/76 is incomplete ; whereas the Regulation in COMMUNITIES, question must therefore be corrected, \ Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 805/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization Article 1 of the market in beef and veal (*), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 568/76 (2), and in particular Annex II to Regulation (EEC) No 1789/76 is hereby Article 6 (5) (c) and (d) thereof, replaced by the Annex to this Regulation .

Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1789/76 Article 2 of 23 July 1976 (3) amended Regulations (EEC) No 1896/73 and (EEC) No 582/76 as regards beef which This Regulation shall enter into force on 5 August may be bought into intervention in Germany, and 1976 . coefficients in the beef sector ; whereas a check has revealed that Annex II to Regulation (EEC) No It shall apply as from 26 July 1976.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
