COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2294/76 of 22 September 1976 amending Regulation ( EEC) No 572/76 fixing the monetary compensatory amounts

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN in respect of products of tariff subheading 04.02 A III COMMUNITIES, a) is incorrect ; whereas the Regulation concerned should therefore be corrected, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 974/71 of 12 May 1971 on certain measures of Article 1 conjunctural policy to be taken in agriculture The amount 4-292 appearing in the column headed following the temporary widening of the margins of fluctuation for the currencies of certain Member United Kingdom (a) against tariff subheading 04.02 A III a) in Part 5 of Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No States ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 572/76, in the version as published in Regulation 557/76 (2), and in particular Article 6 thereof, (EEC) No 2232/76 (5), is replaced by the amount Whereas the monetary compensatory amounts intro 4-492 . duced by Regulation (EEC) No 974/71» were fixed by Commission Regulation ( EEC) No 572/76 of 15 Article 2 March 1976 (3 ), as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its No 2264/76 (4) ; publication in the Official Journal of the European Whereas on examination it has been found that owing Communities. Where any party concerned so requests, to a clerical error the compensatory amounts it shall be applied with effect from the 16 to 20 appearing in the column headed United Kingdom (a) September 1976 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
