COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2481 /76 of 12 October 1976 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1948/76 as regards the quantity and the time limit fixed for the delivery of skimmed-milk powder to the Italian intervention agency
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage ment Committee for Milk and Milk Products,
Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community,
HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :
Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 563/76 of 15 March 1976 on the compulsory purchase of skimmed-milk powder held by intervention agen Article 1 cies for use in feedingstuffs ('), and in particular Article 9 thereof, Regulation (EEC) No 1948/76 is hereby amended as follows : Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1948/76 1 . Article 1 shall be amended to read as follows : of 5 August 1976 on the supply of a first lot of skim med-milk powder to the Italian intervention agency 'Article 1 for use in accordance with Regulation (EEC) No 563/76 and amending Regulation (EEC) No 789/76 (2), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No In accordance with Article 8 ( 1 ) of Regulation 2272/76 (3), provides that the German and French (EEC) No 753 /76, the German , French and Luxem intervention agencies are to deliver to the Italian inter bourg intervention agencies shall deliver to the vention agency 5 200 metric tons of skimmed-milk Italian intervention agency 7 500 metric tons of powder between 16 August and 1 October 1976 ; skimmed-milk powder bought in in accordance whereas in the first place the time limit fixed for with Article 7 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 804/68 .' delivery has proved too short and must be extended ; whereas, secondly, an additional quantity of 2 300 metric tons must be made available to the Italian inter 2. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
