(') In accordance with Regulation (EEC) No 706/76 the levy shall not be charged on the following products originating in the countries and territories : — arrow-root falling within sub-heading ex 07.06 A — flours and meal of arrow-root falling within subheadings ex 11.06 A , ex 11.06 B I and II — arrow-root starch falling within sub-heading ex 11.08 A V.
