COUNCIL REGULATION ( EEC) No 2597 /76 of 25 October 1976 amending Regulation ( EEC) No 3209/73 on the subsidy for olive oil

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES, Article 1 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, In Article 1 of Regulation (EEC) No 3209/73 the Having regard to Council Regulation No 136/66/EEC phrase ' For the 1973/74, 1974/75 and 1975/76 of 22 September 1966 on the establishment of a marketing years' shall be replaced by ' For the common organization of the market in oils and 1973/74, 1974/75, 1975/76 and 1976/77 marketing fats ( ! ), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No years'. 1 707/73 (2), and in particular Article 10 (2) thereof, Article 2 Having regard to Council Regulation No 162/66/ EEC of 27 October 1966 on trade in oils and fats between The second paragraph of Article 2 of Regulation the Community and Greece (3), and in particular (EEC) No 3209/73 shall be replaced by the following : Article 8 thereof, 'When the cultivation declarations have already Having regard to the proposal from the Commission , been submitted during preceding marketing years, Whereas Council Regulation ( EEC) No 3209 /73 of 27 they may likewise be considered valid for the November 1973 on the subsidy for olive oil (4), as 1976/77 marketing year except if the producer's amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2807/75 (5), laid farm has undergone such changes as would alter down the principles whereby the subsidy referred to its potential for producing olives and oil .' in Article 10 of Regulation No 136/66/ EEC should be granted to olive oil producers for the 1973/74, Article 3 1974/75 and 1975/76 marketing years ; whereas these principles should also cover the 1976/77 marketing This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 November year, 1976 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
