Whereas the monetary compensatory amounts Article 1 provided for in Regulation (EEC) No 974/71 were fixed by Commission Regulation (EEC) No 572/76 of 1 . In Annex I to Regulation ( EEC ) No 572/76 the 15 March 1976 ( 3), as last amended by Regulation columns headed 'United Kingdom ', 'Ireland', 'Italia' ( EEC ) No 2610/76 ( 4 ); and 'France' are hereby replaced by those set out in Whereas, under Article 3 of Regulation (EEC) No Annex I to the Regulation . 974/71 , the monetary compensatory amounts must be altered if the difference referred to in Article 2 ( 1 ) of 2 . However where these products contain skimmed-milk powder and either : ( a) fish meal for fish oil and/or liver oil, (b) active carbon and/or a mixture of Tartazine Yellow (E 102) and Patent Blue (E 131 ) or Cochineal Red A (E 124) or Patent Blue V (E 131 ), ( c) iron carbonate and/or iron sulphate and/or copper sulphate, the compensatory amount to be applied in intra-Community trade and in trade with third countries shall be respectively : — on subheading 23.07 B I a) 2 that for subheading 23.07 B I a) 1 , — on subheading 23.07 B I b) 2 that for subheading 23.07 Bib) 1 , — on subheading 23.07 B I c) 2 that for subheading 23.07 B I c) 1 .

Wenn jedoch diese Erzeugnisse Magermilch pulver und eines der folgenden Erzeugnisse enthalten : a) Fischmehl oder Fischöl und/oder Lebertran , b) Aktivkohle und/oder eine Mischung aus Tartrazingelb (E 102) und Patentblau V (E 131 ) oder Cochenillerot A (E 124) oder Patentblau V E 131 ), c) Eisenkarbonat und/oder Eisensulfat und/oder Kupfersulfat, werden im innergemeinschaftlichen Handel und im Handel mit Drittländern — für die Tarifstelle 23.07 B I a) 2 der Währungsausgleichsbetrag der Tarifstelle 23.07 B I a) 1 , — für die Tarifstelle 23.07 B I b) 2 der Währungsausgleichsbetrag der Tarifstelle 23.07 B I b) 1 und — für die Tarifstelle 23.07 B I c) 2 der Währungsausgleichsbetrag der Tarifstelle 23.07 B I c) 1 angewandt.

Tuttavia, nel caso in cui detti prodotti contengano latte scremato in polvere e sia a) farina di pesce o olio di pesce e/o di fegato di pesce, b) carbone attivo e/o una miscela di giallo tartrazina (E 102) e blu patente V (E 131 ) o di rosso cocciniglia A (E 124) o blu patente V (E 131 ), c) carbonato di ferro e/o solfato di ferro e/o solfato di rame, l'importo compensativo, da applicare negli scambi intracomunitari e con i paesi terzi, è rispettivamente : — per la sottovoce 23.07 B I a) 2 quello della sottovoce 23.07 B I a) 1 , — per la sottovoce 23.07 B I b) 2 quello della sottovoce 23.07 B I b) 1 , — per la sottovoce 23.07 B I c) 2 quello della sottovoce 23.07 B I c) 1 . Wanneer evenwel deze produkten magere-melkpoeder bevatten en a) vismeel of visolie en/of visleverolie, b) actieve kool en/of een mengsel van tartrazjnegeel (E 102 ) en patentblauw V (E 131 ) of cochenille-rood A (E 124) of patentblauw V (E 131 ), c) ijzercarbonaat en/of ijzersulfaat en/of kopersulfaat wordt het in het intra-communautaire handelsverkeer en het handelsverkeer met derde landen toe te passen compenserende bedrag voor respectievelijk — onderverdeling 23.07 B I a) 2 dat van onderverdeling 23.07 B I a) 1 , — onderverdeling 23.07 B I b) 2 dat van onderverdeling 23.07 B I b) 1 , — onderverdeling 23.07 B I c) 2 dat van onderverdeling 23.07 Bic) 1 . Dog, når disse produkter indeholder skummetmælkspulver og enten a) fiskemel eller fiskeolie og/eller fiskelevertran, b) aktivt kul og/eller en blanding af tartrazingult (E 102) og patent blue V (E 131 ) eller cochenillerødt A (E 124) eller patentblue V (E 131), c) jerncarbonat og/eller jernsulfat og/eller kobbersulfat, invendes det monetære udligningsbeløb til veksling inden for Fællesskabet og med tredjelande, henholdsvis — for underposition 23.07 B I a) 2 i stedet for underposition 23.07 B I a) 1 , — for underposition 23.07 B I b) 2 i stedet for underposition 23.07 B I b) 1 , — for underposition 23.07 B I c) 2 i stedet for underposition 23.07 B I c) 1 .

7) Pour les produits relevant de la sous-position 23.07 BI c) 1 ou 2 du tarif douanier commun , d'une teneur en poids supérieure à 50% de produits relevant de la position 07.06 ou 11.06 du tarif douanier commun, les montants compensatoires monétaires sont applicables aux produits relevant de la sous­ position 07.06 A du tarif douanier commun (Règlement (CEE) n0 1497/76, JO n° L 167 du 26. 6. 1976, p . 27).
