Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2300/73 The Annex to amended Regulation (EEC) No 1580/76 of 23 August 1 973 (5), as last amended by Regulation is hereby replaced by the Annex to this Regulation. (EEC) No 632/75 (6), laid down detailed rules of appli­ cation for Regulation (EEC) No 1569/72 ; whereas the Article 2 components used to calculate the differential amounts were fixed by Regulation (EEC) No 1 580/76 (7), as last This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 November amended by Regulation (EEC) No 261 1 /76 (8) ; 1976 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
