In Annex I to Regulation (EEC ) No 572/76 the 15 March 1976 (3), as last amended by Regulation columns headed ' United Kingdom', ' Ireland' and ( EEC ) No 2630/ 76 (4 ); 'France' are hereby replaced by those set out in Whereas, under Article 3 of Regulation (EEC) No Annex I to the Regulation . 974/71 , the monetary compensatory amounts must be altered if the difference referred to in Article 2 ( 1 ) of 2 . However where these products contain skimmed-milk powder and either : ( a) fish meal for fish oil and/or liver oil, (b) active carbon and/or a mixture of Tartazine Yellow (E 102) and Patent Blue (E 131 ) or Cochineal Red A (E 124) or Patent Blue V (E 131 ), ( c) iron carbonate and/or iron sulphate and/or copper sulphate, the compensatory amount to be applied in intra-Community trade and in trade with third countries shall be respectively : — on subheading 23.07 B I a) 2 that for subheading 23.07 B I a) 1 , — on subheading 23.07 B I b) 2 that for subheading 23.07 Bib) 1 , — on subheading 23.07 B I c) 2 that for subheading 23.07 B I c) 1 .

Dog, når disse produkter indeholder skummetmælkspulver og enten a) fiskemel eller fiskeolie og/eller fiskelevertran , b) aktivt kul og/eller en blanding af tartrazingult (E 102) og patent blue V (E 131 ) eller cochenillerødt A (E 124) eller patentblue V (E 131 ), c) jerncarbonat og/eller jernsulfat og/eller kobbersulfat, anvendes det monetære udligningsbeløb til veksling inden for Fællesskabet og med tredjelande, henholdsvis — for underposition 23.07 B I a) 2 i stedet for underposition 23.07 B I a) 1 , — for underposition 23.07 B I b) 2 i stedet for underposition 23.07 B I b) 1 , — for underposition 23.07 B I c) 2 i stedet for underposition 23.07 B I c) 1 .

C) Pour les produits relevant de la sous-position 23.07 B I c) 1 ou 2 du tarif douanier commun, d'une teneur en poids supérieure à 50% de produits relevant de la position 07.06 ou 11.06 du tarif douanier commun, les montants compensatoires monétaires sont applicables aux produits relevant de la sous­ position 07.06 A du tarif douanier commun (Règlement (CEE) n° 1497/76, JO n0 L 167 du 26. 6 . 1976, p . 27).

7) Für Waren der Tarifstelle 23.07 B I c) 1 oder -2 des Gemeinsamen Zolltarifs mit einem Gehalt an Erzeugnissen der Tarifnummer 07.06 oder 11.06 des Gemeinsamen Zolltarifs von 50 Gewichtshundertteilen oder mehr gelten die gleichen Währungsausgleichsbeträge wie für die Erzeugnisse der Tarifstelle 07.06 A des Gemeinsamen Zolltarifs (Verordnung (EWG) Nr. 1497/76, ABl. Nr. L 167 vom 26 . 6 . 1976 , S. 27).

4) For products under subheading 04.01 A II a ) the basic amount as well as the additional amount is replaced by the single amount of 4-006.

5) The basic amount for 100 kg of product under this subheading is equal to the sum of the following elements : (a) the amount per 100 kg indicated ; (b) an additional amount for each percentage of saccharose content in 100 kg net of the product, equal to : — 0-0850 £ for the United Kingdom , — 0-0619 £ for Ireland, — 0-306 FF for France .

6) However, for butter which is the subject of the measures provided for: — in Regulations (EEC) No 1282/72 ( OJ No L 142, 22 . 6. 1972 ) and (EEC) No 1717/72 ( OJ No L 181 , 9. 8 . 1972), this amount shall be multiplied by the coefficient 0-4 ; however, in the case of the United Kingdom the coefficient shall be 0-6; — in Regulation (EEC) No 349/73 (OJ No L 40, 13 . 2 . 1973 ), this amount shall be multiplied by the coefficient 0-5 ; — in Regulation (EEC) No 232/75 ( OJ No L 24, 31 . 1 . 1975 ) this amount shall be multiplied by the coefficient 0-35 ; however, in the case of the United Kingdom this coefficient is 0-40 .

7) For importations from New Zealand in accordance with the provisions of Protocol No 18 this compensatory amount is fixed at 27-468 and the special levy is not affected by the coefficient.

8) For importations from New Zealand in accordance with the provisions of Protocol No 18 this compensatory amount is fixed at 23-715 and the special levy is not affected by the coefficient.

9) In trade with third countries the coefficient 1-7120 is applied to this amount.
